RE-DIRECTION Project Kicks Off Final Transnational Partner Meeting in Katowice

International delegates and institutional leaders gathered today for the opening session of the two-day Transnational Partners Meeting, marking a pivotal step in expanding cross-border collaboration and joint strategic initiatives. Running from September 28 through September 29, the summit brings together key representatives from partnering organizations to evaluate progress, align programmatic goals, and strengthen operational frameworks across participating regions. Today's opening proceedings focused on establishing shared priorities and addressing key policy and operational challenges that affect all partner institutions.

As the first day progresses, consortium partners will shift their attention toward assessing the long-term impact and future collaborative potential of the project. Under the leadership of Karlshochschule International University (Karls), interactive working sessions will evaluate partnership sustainability and synthesize key lessons learned over the initiative’s duration. Day one will wrap up with formal departures to hotels before delegates reconvene for a collaborative partner dinner at a local Katowice restaurant.

The second day of the gathering will focus on administrative completion, quality evaluation, and project closure. On September 29, BK Cons will present a Quality Assurance Report, followed by an on-site visit to the KMU Katowice campus and a final dissemination session delivered by GIU. Ahead of the final lunch break, Karls will lead discussions on the project's final report and remaining deliverables. The summit will conclude following afternoon sessions on remaining tasks and an official project closing ceremony co-hosted by Karls and KMU.
