Another Steering Committee Call Between Re-Direction Project Partners

On July 23, 2025, Re-Direction project partners gathered once again for a Steering Committee meeting to review progress and align on upcoming tasks.

The Consultation Committee Report and the External Evaluation Report were approved. Discussion on some aspects of the external evaluation was postponed until the September meeting.

The English version of the Inclusivity Guide is finalized. Partners must complete the review and correction of their assigned sections of the Georgian and Ukrainian translations by Wednesday, July 30.

Partners agreed to upload their own course materials to the e-learning platform. A training workshop on using the platform will be held on 30th July, 2025.

Internal testing will follow, involving two evaluation types, and must be completed by September. The coordinating partner will prepare procedures, gather feedback, and organize test users.

The adaptation workshop has been completed in Ukraine; Georgia’s workshop is planned for mid-September. It will focus on validating course materials and engaging local stakeholders.

A Train-the-Ambassadors event will be held on 6–7 October in Tbilisi, with both on-site and online participation. It will cover implementation skills, sustainability, and inclusivity.

Partners were reminded to stay in contact with at least 140 stakeholders, follow the dissemination timetable, and increase social media engagement, including student interaction strategies. The meeting ended with clear next steps and deadlines to maintain progress across all work packages.
