As part of our commitment to excellence and integrity, we are establishing a Quality Assurance Board (QAB) to oversee and uphold the high standards of our deliverables and processes. We invite experienced professionals who are passionate about quality assurance in educational and social projects to apply for a position on this prestigious board. Members of the QAB will meet after the completion of each deliverable in order to evaluate it. A Synthesis Report for Quality Control of Deliverables is also planned to be delivered by the QAB by the end of the project.
Roles and Responsibilities of QAB Members
QAB members will be instrumental in:
- Evaluating and approving project deliverables (upon their completion).
- Ensuring all outputs meet or exceed set quality standards.
- Providing expert advice and feedback to project teams to foster continuous improvement.
Criteria for Eligibility and Selection
Eligibility Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quality management within projects of similar scope.
- Background in education, technology, or social sciences.
- Demonstrable ethical standards of integrity, objectivity, and truthfulness.
- Commitment to the project’s timeline and deliverable schedule.
Selection Criteria:
Applicants will be evaluated based on:
- Relevant professional experience.
- Previous roles in managing or assuring quality in EU-funded or comparable projects.
- Specific expertise related to the project's thematic areas.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
The evaluation will utilize a detailed grid, which scores candidates on scale across various competencies.
