An online meeting "Dialogue between Government and Business"

On May 29, 2025, an online meeting «Dialogue between Government and Business» was held to discuss the effective partnership of higher education institutions with enterprises and businesses, which is a key factor in the training of highly qualified specialists who meet modern market needs. The moderator of the meeting was Tetiana Buturlakina, PhD in Economics, Director of the Career Center at Uzhhorod National University. Such synergy ensures the adaptation of training programs to the needs of employers and creates favorable conditions for a successful career start for young people.
The meeting was attended by Vitalii Ivanovych Andrеyko, PhD in History, Dean of the Faculty of History and International Relations and manager of the «Re-Direction» project. Vitalii Ivanovych presented for discussion the Bachelor's degree program «Management», which included the training modules developed in the course of the «Re-Direction» project. The proposed amended educational program was reflected in a fruitful discussion between representatives of the educational institution and stakeholders. About 50 participants gathered on the online platform.
In addition, the following issues were raised and discussed at the meeting: 1. Partnership of higher education with enterprises and business in the region as a priority in the formation of key professional skills and competencies; 2. The main requests of employers: areas, industries, requirements; 3. Areas of cooperation: employment and internship opportunities for students and graduates, dual education as a form of effective training, information support and cooperation in recruiting, career guidance, information and educational meetings, classes, master classes.
