The successful accomplishment of Consultation Scheme Report

Re-Direction project partners have successfully accomplished the validation process of training materials. The validation was conducted in harmony with 3.2.3 task, under the coordination of Georgian International University GIU LLC, through a semi-structured online questionnaire designed to capture both quantitative assessments and qualitative comments.

The report covers the stakeholders which were recruited from diverse professional backgrounds, with efforts made to include policy makers, educators, civil society actors, and technical experts. In total, 156 stakeholders participated in the assessment. Of these, 50 identified as policy makers, 54 - as academic staff and 52 represented other types of stakeholders, including practitioners, employers, consultants, etc. The methodology also served as a framework for stakeholder engagement, reflecting participatory values of inclusive and evidence-based decision-making.

The questionnaire, set up by BK-Consult GmbH, covered six thematic sections: 1. Relevance and Alignment; 2. Content Quality; 3. Effectiveness; 4. Applicability; 5. Technical Quality and Format; 6. Comments. Each section included a set of Likert-scale questions rated from Excellent to Poor, ensuring comparability across responses. The form also invited open comments to supplement the numeric data with deeper, experience-based reflections. Some partners (e. g. Karls) even used in-depth interviews with stakeholders in order to receive feedback on the usability of the training materials.

It is interesting that the 59% of the respondents were female, while 40.4% was male. Only one respondent choose the version “non-binary” in the gender section and none of them chose “prefer not to say”.
